Furious Nephew

Two weeks ago I visited my family. It surprised me to see that one of my nephews is experiencing acne. I know that it's prone to teenagers but I don’t understand why he has it. It doesn't run in my family. He was obviously chaffed by it and asked for effective acne cures because he felt so embarrassed. It really disturbed him where ever he went to, even in the middle of the class, as he admitted to me. Oh poor nephew, so young and being bothered that much by this acne.
