the dreamer

I'm a dreamer sometimes. My wildest dreams inspire me to work hard and hopefully if God’s willing, it will be granted. With each breath there's always a dream to achieve. It's normal I failed sometimes but it never stopped me of dreaming. There was one time, I sat under a tree all alone. I was entertained watching those cars passing by. I admired the women driving a car and I made a wish that hopefully one day I could drive my own car having conquered the fears of driving in the streets. Many times when I shared my small dreams to someone I received countless peculiar laughs and smiles. It was doubted I could overcome my nerves. So from then on I kept my dream to myself and continued dreaming.

These days I do drive a car but not own one yet, and even got my first hours on a motor bike. I'm very grateful to my dearest friend who supports me and my dreams! :)

I conquered my fears! :-)

....hang around here to see more of my dreams come true!:P

Nutritious Pizza

...Last August the 1st I got the chance to visit my friend Rubilyn at my alma mater school; the University of Southern Philippines where she happens to be a teacher. I wasn’t aware it was Nutrition Month there. I arrived late in the afternoon already at the end of the celebration. I gave my missing hug to Rubilyn because we hadn’t seen each other in 3 months. She invited me to grab a Pizza near the JCA. It was surely a sumptuous dinner, thanks to you my dear friend. I owe you a LOT. Hopefully soon, I can catch up another day to spend with you.

My simple cakes

...I once enrolled a culinary school but didn't finish it because something more important came up. Somehow I used the acquired knowledge for selling cakes accepting orders especially at Christmas. Gosh, I had an overload of orders, even a single minute of a nap was hard to accomplish because I wanted to deliver it all on time. Actually I made just simple cakes. I was dreaming of getting more baking skills. I wanted to master fondant cake etc. etc.. Just like these pictures.

FANTASTIC CAKES!:)

....I wish I had it in my fingers.

continuation of a weekend blast-3

...When we realized that there was no power it happened that my cousin Dorothy was visiting my parents and we invited her to come with us to the beach but she couldn’t because she was going to attend the birthday party of my brother Jeffrey that day (August 17). Sorry, I honestly forgot. My alarm for birthday’s was not functioning. But of course I greeted him. I live far from his place. Dorothy made an appointment with us to meet her in Gaisano Mactan. For 3 years we hadn’t been able to see each other and I was astonished of the exciting changes of her life. She’s now becoming a Manager in a certain store. Gosh, seems I’m the only one who hasn’t showed progression, still a poor unemployed.:( It was a nice weekend for me. I’m looking forward to meet them again soon. They’re all busy while I’m all busy staring to my chair when I’ll be Manager as well. hehehe

Dorothy my loving cousin!:)

supervisor-VOID-manager...:P

...that was the end of a blast weekend! We may never see each other often but the friendship keep us together..:)

continuation of my weekend blast

… After our tour to the Mactan Shrine we worked and we ended up around 3:00 still not half way to a finish. Gosh, I couldn’t master the numbers and the formula for the BIR system. Well, it’s way far of my study in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Education. No numbers formula to install.. hehe. We thought we would be done at the end of Sunday to learn there must be another training next time because we ran into a brown out at 4 or 5am. There was no power in the entire city until 9 pm. Oh my God, we were bum what to do.. it was so hot outside. So we decided to go to the beach! Unfortunately when we got ourselves to Karancho Beach in Mactan it was no longer high tide. We still had to go far so we could savor the beach. We hired a small boat to bring us to deeper water or any other place where we could swim. The boy brought us to Maribago Blue Water one of the 5 star resorts of Mactan. Hahaha it seems we went to a beach resort only adjacent to Karancho. Here are the pics.

the beautiful ladies in Karancho! :P naa mo angal? lol

...and another get together with my cousin Dorothy to catch up after our beach outing:)
