Well, I guess it's not too late yet to share this tag from Liza I don't if it was a tag but she pointed out to share about Christmas stories wishes. I have 5 sisters and 2 brothers. I'm the 2nd youngest sister. Our elder sisters would always remind us to hang our socks in front of the door and make a note of wish because Santa would grant that wish. My brothers and youngest sister and I were always excited. We were not just hanging our socks but also a handfull of candies every night. I asked my mother at what time Santa might come so I could see him personally. She nodded and told me that Santa had limited time and he’ll just drop the gifts in seconds and disappear. Oh well, we strongly believed in Santa and it took some time before we realized that Santa was our sisters and parents..

A Tasteful Gift

3 days ago I had a date with Ylan returning straight from Hongkong. Actually that day was planned for purchasing stocks. Like always I tried to make use of my time and gasoline for necessary shopping and meeting friends. I txted Ylan that I’d love to eat in a recently open restaurant at Parkmall reclamation area. But Ylan’s suggested to shop in Duty Free first, since she had a passport. With dribbling mouth I was staring at body care items but one thing I was really looking for was Belgian chocolates, the same as I received last Valentines Day.. Unfortunately there was none. Oh well, instead I grabbed a few other favorites of mine. Having them, Ylan surprised me telling the dinner would be her Christmas gift to me. Yeeppeeey...:P

Falling Out of Grace?

When I got to the mall I didn’t have any seconds thoughts where to go to first: the Christmas card area. I was amazed to see that no one, not even flies or mosquitoes were touching the cards. Sitting down for a while and watching people passing by I could not help to notice that despite the economic recession people still manage to buy presents for family and friends. Was everyone focusing on something material to share, or maybe the internet ecard was to blame for this downfall of the classic, once so beloved, card? For me, I still love sending my hand written thoughts of words to share. Call me old fashioned, but there’s still a big difference to get the best wishes handwritten or find them in your inbox.

Blessed Christmas

I surely had huge deviation of this Holiday. I’d never done any shopping for myself, family and friends for simple pocket reason. This could be pity Christmas then, materially lol..Somehow, I am so blessed with many gifts this holiday lol…

Great Position Seat

I enjoy a good drive. And I'm used to long distances alone in my car. This may not sound enjoyable but sometimes I find serenity in being on the road on my own. I calm down sitting in there, no matter how hectic the traffic might be. I know for some people it must be weird. Even the many occasions that I had no notion of where I was, finding myself lost and stopping at every corner to ask for help, have not made me change my mind about having a drive. I admit; it could be much easier for me to travel long distances if having my own GPS system on board. This would be another splendid item to cross my ways. I would not say ‘no’ if it will, someday next year...

A Bitter Sweet Xmas Taste

Yesterday I joined forces with all people with last minutes shopping in mind. It was mainly window-shopping I did, the only real purchase were three towels that I really needed. Now, it's getting prepared for Christmas a rather lonely one. Deep sigh... it's going to be a bit sweet and a bit bitter. Merry Christmas everyone!!

One Extra Point Taken

Now I found out that the tag was coming from Shengy! This is a tough job Shengy lol.. I think I'd done this already, but still love to share for some bloggers who missed the facts of my existence. I'm only given 7 points, but it won’t fit in 7 points I'm afraid..heheh. Let me check then:

1. I’m a lousy-serious-boring person. Even one person notices how a boring companion I am. Most of my friends, colleagues and family advise me to laugh-smile once in a while. I’m a lousy tour guide.:( don’t ask me direction you will definitely get lost!! You can imagine now..hehe

2. Most people have the wrong conception that I’m a vagabond "laagan" (I don’t know the English term) that I’m always out clubbing: disco, pubs, any lively place. They can’t trace me in a click of a mouse, all they find are my pics showing that I’ve been away to some place, again. Wahahah.. they just don’t know that I’m just in my bed or in front of my pc 24/7. I don’t have a night life. Only if I have an invitation, because I hunger for a good time, I accept the invitation and learn to explore the after midnight pleasures.. lol. Frankly: they can’t find me at night but mostly in day.. I love day outings: exploring nature, beaches, learning different places. The time I’ve posted a few pics about my latest activity that makes people start saying that I’m a vagabond lagan..heheh

3. I can afford to visit long distance places alone. If I know someone, not necessarily a close friend, I sure go there alone. Just to experience that I’d been to that place. I haven’t experienced going out with a bunch of people, the maximum I was with was 5. But it’s great I enjoy that kind of life. So again I am lagan…hehe

4. I’ve always believed that patience is Virtue but I’m pathetic thinking the idea of waiting. Lol

5. I’m not brilliant in conversation, not witty, bubbly and don’t express passion to anyone. I’m afraid to reciprocate appreciation, that they might not like my simple gestures. I’m having a phobia..hehe

6. I haven’t used alcohol, I’m afraid of getting horny if I do or dance like a mad woman on the floor..wahheheh ohhh shame on me!:P

7. I've an outdated 3 years old desktop, outdated 3 years old cellphone and I have not a 1 gig ipod, pity! Time will come that I’ll have a laptop memory that makes me hop like the speed of light..

A Cool Relaxation

I’d never attempted to stroll around the mall or any shopping center since the financially deficiency hit the streets, that still are busy-crowded of shoppers, nevertheless. I excluded myself this time yet I made a detour to Busay in the East area where I attended a Birthday party. At the same time I savored the place for a great relaxation. Busay is on top of the hills and its cool air is so relaxing. It seems I spent a great time in the las vegas suites where I always long for, every time I have hiccups and the like.

Loafing

Another struggle to catch up with the updates! It’s been noted that i can escape updates from time to time. I wish all those bloggers won’t feel tired snooping around here. As promised, I’ll always be around your blog when I have got the time. I was roaming around again a few days ago. It seems that my role in this world is loafing around places.

Wanted: Entertainment

In a few days from now Christmas gifts sharing is there again. I haven't done all the shopping yet, due to money shortage and lack of time.

I have wanted to have a DVD player though there’s one already in my computer’s desktop. To have a separate one in the living room would be better especially when I have visitors to entertain. But most of all I need a televesion , and while I’m dreaming ahead, why not that cute set of speaker .to get the real experienced of a cinema. Oh, so many stuff that I badly need in the apartment. There are no means of entertainment in my apartment except the desktop.

Oh well, when I have something extra to spent and shop for these things, I would immediately head on to shopwiki where all my needs for the apartment are available.

Too Fast Too Furious

I was quite busy in the last few days I’d been anywhere to catch the update of the outside world. I’d never realized that it is the end month of the year. Weew, Too fast too furious to avail the promotional items sold for this holiday. It’s tempting but pity I could not have one of my favorite in the wish list, none of them actually. I’ll never know that Santa would hear me and drop it in my door. It's still 20 days before Christmas. It could be very surprising then but wait does Santa know my wish? lol
