Mentioning tea - there is some information about certain teas curing skin complaints, the itchy variety that comes together with a rash such as eczema. The tea which many describe as a wonder tea is called Oolong - sadly, here in England it is not yet easy to purchase but hopefully, as more and more people recognise its healing properties we should be able to find it on our supermarket shelves .... I hope not too long in the distant future.

Ummm, what is your source for that date? Most historians agree that the first true bicycles were built in the 1860's in France. The Draisienne "Dandy Horse" was built around 1817, and is more loosely considered to be the first bicycle in the world. It is amazing how wonderful we can make ourselves feel when we do something expressly for "ourselves". We get the added benefit of also taking care of our loved ones by better taking care of ourselves. Remember that even in an airplane they tell you to put on your oxygen mask on before helping anybody else in case of an emergency. take care. ;o)
